I stopped by My Tiny Dollhouse in NYC and purchased this little planter of flowers, so I had to make a little scene with it (with what supplies are not packed away).
I bought the herb pots many years ago on Etsy. And I made the back fence with coffee stirrer sticks. And some day I will actually finish this, especially as I am now so inspired by the garden shed of My Miniature Madness.
Hi Penelope! Your flat of flowers looks perfect on the bench and with your clever garden fence- what a terrific transformation of stir sticks! I'm inspired by Jodi's work too, and so I'll be eager to see how she has now inspired YOU! :D
Elizabeth, I am also so inspired by your work and your gardens. I am reading all your garden posts very carefully to learn as much as possible for when I make the garden for my witch's cottage. I feel like you are an artist adding color and texture to the garden. hope you are having a wonderful summer!
Ah! This scene is so fun! And thank you for the mention and kind words! You let me know when you get going on this - I've got something I'd love to send you! :O)
That's so sweet of you. I've been working on a castle for my son this summer, but that may involve its own garden! With all your vegetable tutorials from AM magazine!

DeleteI love this little scene. It looks like the perfect way to explore garden miniatures without needing to start a huge project. So pretty! :)
